If you receive damaged goods, please notify us using the email address supplied for mail order items on the contact us page.
If you receive goods that are not damaged, but you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason, you are able to return the goods ordered provided we receive formal notification of your cancellation by letter or e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please securely package and return the relevant goods to us at the address provided on our contact us page. We recommend that the goods are returned using an appropriate level of recorded delivery.
We will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty upon receipt or delivered to you in error.
In all cases of returns we ask that a brief letter stating the reasons for the return accompany the goods.
