Delivery and connected charges

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3/5 days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock, delivery will take longer if the goods are made to order. In the event that some items are not in stock we will contact you on the contact number supplied and inform you accordingly, we will then respond to your instructions.

Delivery is made by using a variety of postal methods:

Royal Mail – 1st Class Signed for/Special Delivery/Parcel force
or by Courier Service

All mail addressed to BFPO addresses will go by one of the above methods to the BFPO sorting office and then by their nominated contractor for onward delivery.

Postage is charged on goods delivered to a UK/BFPO address at the following  rates:

£2.50 on orders up to £14.99
£4.00 on orders £15.00 up to £29.99
£6.00 on orders £30.00 up to £49.99
£10.50 for orders over £50.00

For delivery to outside of the UK/BFPO system, the delivery charge will be:

£3.50 on orders up to £14.99
£4.50 on orders £15.00 up to £24.99
£6.00 on orders £25.00 up to £34.99
£8.00 on orders £35.00 up to £49.99
£11.00 for orders over £50.00

There will also be a £6.00 surcharge per order, due to the excess postage charges for Europe, and the rest of the world.


We use a simple and secure checkout to process our online credit card payments, protected by 128-bit encryption. If you wish to make a purchase using an alternative means of payment or have any questions regarding ordering or payment please contact us by one of the methods listed on our contact us page.

To make a purchase on line, browse our catalogue and click on any item you wish to purchase, the items will then be placed in your shopping "basket"; this can be reviewed at any time and changed up to the point of payment. Once you have completed your selection and confirmed your purchase you will be asked to provide us with a few details to enable us to fulfil your order.

All customers with a BFPO address are to select BFPO as the country in the appropriate "pop-up" box, to ensure that you will receive British Forces taxation rates.
We advise that customers still serving and using their military address for shipping to state their current rank.

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us using the email address supplied for mail order items on the contact us page.

If you receive goods that are not damaged, but you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason, you are able to return the goods ordered provided we receive formal notification of your cancellation by letter or e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that you will not be refunded the posting and packaging charge for these returns.

Please securely package and return the relevant goods to us at the address provided on our contact us page. We recommend that the goods are returned using an appropriate level of recorded delivery.

We will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty upon receipt or delivered to you in error.

In all cases of returns we ask that a brief letter stating the reasons for the return accompany the goods.
